"Cancelled the job. I believe he is over priced was nickel and diming everything. $4500.00 wouldnt touch having a new shower put in. There is no bathtub so that wasnt something i needed. Didnt touch the upper walls, didnt remove wall paper, extra cost for tearing out existing upper walls with wall paper. This is a tiny bathroom and he said the tile for shower floor to ceiling, and tile lower half of walls was"much more than 40 square feet". The $4500.00 price he charges barely covers anything. Very misleading and over priced. I would not recommend him."

I had hired him previously to remodel my kitchen as well. Both times, he was concerned with doing the job right. He always was respectful, courteous and cleaned up after himself.
