"- The contracted company's workmanship on our home's exterior was untrustworthy and exhibited poor quality. - The repointed bricks appeared sloppy and amateurish, lacking proper craftsmanship. - Lyme was seeping out of the mortar, indicating improper construction. - Sealant was applied to the bricks during unfavorable weather conditions, leading to inadequate drying. - The company was dishonest about replacing bricks with a structural crack, opting instead for patching and painting to deceive us. - When we raised concerns about the freezing temperature being unsuitable for masonry work, we were dismissed and not taken seriously. - Initially, the owner mentioned a one-year guarantee and agreed to redo the work once the weather improved. - However, the owner has been evasive, refusing to commit to a date for resolving the outstanding issues. - The owner even suggested that we find another company to redo the work, displaying a lack of accountability."
