- The contracted company's workmanship on our home's exterior was untrustworthy and exhibited poor quality. - The repointed bricks appeared sloppy and amateurish, lacking proper craftsmanship. - Lyme was seeping out of the mortar, indicating improper construction. - Sealant was applied to the bricks during unfavorable weather conditions, leading to inadequate drying. - The company was dishonest about replacing bricks with a structural crack, opting instead for patching and painting to deceive us. - When we raised concerns about the freezing temperature being unsuitable for masonry work, we were dismissed and not taken seriously. - Initially, the owner mentioned a one-year guarantee and agreed to redo the work once the weather improved. - However, the owner has been evasive, refusing to commit to a date for resolving the outstanding issues. - The owner even suggested that we find another company to redo the work, displaying a lack of accountability.

Evelyn and Pablo of Next Level Construction are an amazing team to work with. They are very good in guiding you with your choices, help you pick out every single piece and then take care of procuring it all. They have a lot of great design ideas and are very patient as you make your choices and even make changes along the way. The work they do has a flawless finish and it gets completed in the timelines they set up. I used to feel overwhelmed at the thought of a renovation but not any more. Their services are worth every penny. Don’t look any further if you need your home remodeled. Next Level Construction is the #1 contractor in the Tri state area.

What can I say about the wonderful people of Next Level Construction that surpasses the overall "A" rating that we gave them? They were marvelous to work with! Their understanding of my personal vision and suggestions they made to make my vision possible was priceless! They were extremely helpful and a dream to work with! The finished product of the kitchen and bathroom were totally beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Any future projects will be done with Next Level Construction for sure. They were on time everyday and especially clean. What we valued the most was the open communication between Pablo and Evelyn. I never worked with contractors like this. Hope they stay around forever! We had a great experience with Next Level Construction. It is a husband and wife team that compliments one another. Pablo brings his expertise of construction and Evelyn her great organizational and communication skills. I always felt that I was well informed, the work to be done was documented and explained completely. Anytime there was a concern they addressed it immediately. I also felt that their crews were well mannered and polite. At a time that was stressful (because when is having major renovations not stressful?) they came through for us by doing what they promised within the given timeframe. I found them to be honest, attentive and to have a great work ethic. I can easily recommend them.

They quoted me a kitchen and I negotiated they came in at their lowest then when I tried contacted them and leaving me messages they would not call me back . Over a week later they emailed me saying they cannot do my kitchen job with no explanation

FANTASTIC! We had tile over the tub that was falling and breaking apart. They came in, laid the tile, hung shelves, and fixed our light switch all in 3 days. I thought it take longer, but they worked a miracle! We will use them again!

I decided on using Next Level Construction based on my first meeting with Pablo and Evelyn. When the job began and I saw the care and expertise that was being used on my project I was very happy I chose them. Not only were they clean, efficient and a pleasure to deal with, Evelyn and Pablo were very helpful in the purchasing of certain items we needed and locating a shower door that was needed for my odd sized shower. Choosing Next Level Construction was the best thing I could have ever done. The job was completed when they said it would be and I didn't have to do any cleanup. My suggestion to anyone reading this, if you have any remodeling to be done call Pablo and Evelyn at Next Level Construction and you will be happy you did.

Great experience working with Evelyn and the team. Our contract was very detailed and they were very accommodating to my constant changes (I changed my mind mid project about several details) , but they were very patient and in the end the kitchen came out exactly how I had dreamed it.
