All of the company's personnel were polite and friendly. The workers arrived on time and had everything done quickly. They cleaned up and left no mess behind. They did a great job all the way through.

The crew was punctual, efficient, friendly.  They worked quickly and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend them.

Quick clean and very professional.

UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING!!  I work for an attorney, and this was a house in an estate that the attorney has.  These guys had a VERY difficult job, and worked very diligently for 2 days removing some very heavy old furniture and YEARS of stored items throughout the house, basement, and garage.

They separated any scrap that could be recycled, and my understanding is that they will donate any items that are re-useable.  Of course, they removed all the bulk trash.

They left the house cleaner than I ever imagined.  All the work was done professionally, and all the workers were professional, hard working, and pleasant. 

This company is wonderful. The men came as promised and removed everything from the attic. There were a lot of heavy things up there and they had to come down the pull-down stairs but they moved quickly and efficiently. I have used this company before and I think they are wonderful!! And they don't just throw things out. They find uses for things when possible.

The guys from TNT called to let us know when they were heading over to complete the job.  They arrived within twenty minutes and discussed the work before diving in, going room to room to set up their battle plan.  The guys were so professional, friendly, and efficient.  Approximately 7 guys took less than 4 hours to clean out A LOT of stuff from our home.  They were careful and respectful of our belongings, even going so far as to remove our front door as to not damage it. 
The guys from TNT were great about asking questions if there was something they weren't 100% sure about.  I had post-it noted the items that were to be left behind and when I had accidentally *not posted onto something that we wanted to keep, they were willing to find it for us and give it back, even though it was my fault that it had been cleaned out in the first place.
We were really thankful that all of the items didn't go directly into a landfill.  TNT was very careful in evaluating what could be salvaged to have a second life somewhere else or what could be recycled.  It was amazing that what we thought would have been at least two dumpsters worth of trash was able to be hauled away in one.  They were even willing to box up items that had not been prepared for them.  Among the items they cleared out were several pieces of furniture (in various conditions), including two mattresses and box springs (from a third floor attic, no less), a pool table and all it's fixings, a complete work bench along with several old cans of paint, and several hundred books.
The price was a little higher than what we had been quoted, but well worth every penny.  The increase in price was due to the fact that the job ended up being larger than anticipated.  TNT honored promised discounts.  We felt that pricing was fair and communication was easy and quick from TNT.  We were so happy with the service that we received that we have already called to use the company for the upcoming move.  Thank you, TNT for excellent service!

They were very good. It was a young man, he did everything I asked for. I was very happy with the results.

Their estimate over the phone was the best.  They scheduled a time to pick up which was at my convenience.  They called before they arrived and were punctual.  The TV was a bit more problematic to remove than planned and it had to be taken apart.  They did the job neatly and without complaint.  They were extremely neat and professional. I would definitely use them again.

The service was great. I am a Three Time Return Customer.  They relocated a table from a home in Radnor and delivered it safely to Newtown Square.  They have reasonable prices and the staff are very professional.

Overall that job went well.  The only issue I had was that as the job progressed I asked the former of the project to perform some additional demolition work outside of the original scope of work.  I asked him for verbal quotes on this work right away and he responded with the verbal quotes right away.  However, when it came time for invoicing, the amount requested was considerably higher than what was verbally quoted in the field.  We then had to negotiate a price and I did end up paying less than there invoice but more than what there verbal quote was.  So the lesson learned is to always get things in writing.

They did a very good job.  I am very pleased with how it turned out.  They were very personable and helpful.  They were conscious of the surroundings and the neighbors which we appreciated. They also took a picture for me to send to my insurance company to show that the job was finished.

I have used these folks twice now.  The first time (about a year ago)  I needed someone to remove some rugs from my mother's house.  I live out of state so I was not able to be there.  They were very nice to my mother (who is elderly) and called me to double check that they had done what needed to be done.  Their price was very reasonable.  In December of 2012 I needed to move Mom to an assisted care community.  After checking with a few local movers who wanted to charge me a 4 or 5 hour minimum -- I remembered TNT.  I called them (the day before the move) and they were able to fit us in.  They came and picked up her stuff  and delivered it promptly.  It was a reasonable hourly rate -- once again, they were very nice to my mother, very professional and efficient.  I have a lot of work to do to get my mother's house ready to sell and I will be calling these folks again.  

First let me say I have never dealt with a more professional and service oriented company.    When I initially called the office I said that I wanted an on site estimate before the work was to be done. Other companies I called insisted on bringing their trucks and giving you an estimate at the time of removal.  No problem said the office manager (who happens to be the owner.)  There was urgency as the house had just been emptied of useable objects on a Monday and on Tuesday the owners son was headed back to the UK.  A very knowledgeable fellow from TNT arrived Tuesday and did a quick but thorough review of the contents.  He gave us a price immediately.  I then called the office to confirm a date for the removal and clean out.  I received a confirmation call the day before giving me an arrival time.   I was told that the driver would call me 30 minutes in advance which he did.  The driver also called me (I live next door) when the work was completed. He wanted me to come up to make sure the job was completed... everything was perfect. They worked non-stop from the time they arrived... they were amazing! 
The water company picked that day to work on the street. It's a small street with 7 homes. There were six water trucks. After 45 minutes of maneuvering the TNT driver very skillfully managed to get the truck into the driveway.  The two men from TNT were unflappable... confident that they could manage.  I called the office to explain that I would be glad to pay any additional for their time.  There was no additional charge.  They swept up the house after everything was removed.  The house looked cleaner than it had in many years. 
Later that day I received a followup call from the office to ask me if the work had been completed as promised. They asked for my feedback.  What could I say... just that my house will be going on the market in 1 1/2 years and TNT will once again be hearing from me. 
If you appreciate a fare price and a job well done TNT is for you.

On the day scheduled the truck arrived and removed the materials. The people were polite, nice, efficient and quick. This was a very positive experience.

They were quite nice and responsive.  I had to change the date at the last minute and they really worked with me on that.  The price ended up being higher than I had originally been quoted, so I would have appreciated a more accurate quote. But other than that, I have no complaints. I would use them again and would recommend them.

TNT accommodated our need within two days' notice. TNT personnel gave us a courtesy call to say they were running 30 minutes late. They moved the items within an hour's time. I used TNT @ 2003 and am happy to say they still deliver a professional job.

The service was great.  Two  men arrived to do the job.  I am a Return Customer.  They cleaned out garage  that had accumulated.  After removing everything they cleaned up all remaining debris.  I Recommend this company.  They have reasonable prices and the staff are very professional.

They were very easy to communicate and work with  (both the office and the haulers).  I sent them some photos ahead of time so that they could provide an estimate and we ended up towards the lower end.  We basically had a whole mess of gardening stuff that was next to the back of the house.  After they removed the trash, they cleaned up nicely afterwards, hosing down the patio area and neatly stacking the stuff we didn’t want them to take.  It was a rainy day and they (2 guys) were pretty cheery about working outside anyway.  They spent a little less than 90 minutes, which I thought was pretty quick.  We definitely have them in mind to move some junk from our storage unit when we finally get around to it.

The service was great. Within two hours of placing a call to get an estimate 2 men showed up to do the job. They removed an old futon, 2 chairs, tv stand, old hardwood flooring, old car rims, pulled up old carpet, and cleaned out other miscellaneous junk that had accumulated in my basement over the past 13 years. After removing everything they cleaned up all remaining debris in the basement. The basement hasn't looked that good in 13 years. I would recommend them to anyone. They have reasonable prices and the guys are very professional.
