"The team was great to quality work with on our renovation. They met the timeline, stayed within budget, and kept us informed at each stage. The finish was very good . Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality construction work."

"Eddie was great to work with! We had a limited time frame to adhere to town inspections and Eddie and his team knew exactly what we needed and quickly got the job done. The results were great and even the inspector acknowledged the impressive repair. They were able to put a knocked out garage wall back on the foundation and repair the interior dry wall. I would recommend this company for any professional contract work due to their reasonable price, ease to work with and quality of work."

"Hired him to do a railing and install some doors and closets. Beautiful, meticulous work. They actually put on blue booties over their shoes, so clean. Communicative and fairly priced compared to other estimates."

"John, and his assistant Joe, did an excellent and professional job renovating the ceilings and walls on the entire first floor of my home."

"Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. He was extremely honest and I trusted him to be alone in my house for weeks on end with his team. I would/plan to work with Arthur again in the future for my home renovation projects."

"Angel's team was prompt, courteous and professional. The work was done within our budget and completed within the day. They supported us with moving the furniture, ensuring the install was matched with the existing carpet and cleaning up and removing the debris."

"I hired Loja Renovations to assembly a number of furniture I bought online that was very difficult to put together. They came and quickly assembled them with ease. They're very skilled and efficient. Apart from the reasonable cost, I was particularly impressed with their professionalism, their show of care for the customer and their respectful attitude. I definitely plan to use them again."

"Used advanced painting LI for 2 bedrooms to be painted. Also had them renovate, sand and stain my back deck (3 years later the deck still looks like the day they did it) . Great work, very professional, would definitely recommend 👍"

"Tom did a great job repairing my leaky skylight. His work was professional, neat and a fair price. He showed up on time and as expected to do the job, and communicated well throughout the process."
