"I can't say enough great things about Floors and Walls. Joe, Stacy, and their entire team are extremely professional and kind. I needed stairs added to my existing deck and gave them a call. Stacy quickly set up a consultation and she and Joe were at my house the next day. Joe was very thorough in inspecting the existing deck and explaining stair options. They provided me with a very reasonable quote and made the contract process extremely easy. Because it was January, the stairs could not be installed immediately as the ground was frozen. However, that did not stop them from securing the lumber for the project ASAP; given that the cost of wood has significantly increased between then and now, I am extremely grateful that they had the foresight to do this and were able to get the materials at an affordable price. I had the lumber less than a week after signing the contract, and the team made sure to cover it properly to protect it from weather conditions. As soon as the soil was warm enough, Joe had his team come out here. The lead of the project was Ron and he was amazing. He and his crew were prompt, courteous, and thorough. They worked quickly and our stairs were done in just a couple of days. The quality is amazing and it looks beautiful. We were absolutely thrilled. Joe, a total perfectionist, came out a few days after completion to do an inspection of the work. He made sure a few loose ends were tied up (loose ends that neither my husband nor I would have noticed, by the way). I really appreciate that he was so thorough and clearly so invested in making sure our stairs were absolutely perfect. They also took care of the permit for us, which I really appreciate. I will 100% use Floors and Walls again in the future and highly recommend them!!"
