"Wilmer and his team did a neat job spreading 26 cubic yards of mulch in one day. It is expensive but his price is more competitive to others."

"The project was a significant renovation and remodel of a 2 bedroom and 1 bath rental unit. We are pleased to perfection with the work done by Mr. Irvens Augustin on this job. He finished the lengthy project on schedule and we are highly impressed by his accommodating and cooperative spirit throughout his work on the project. Irvens was a solid one-stop solution as he handled a wide variety of tasks including carpentry, flooring, painting, bathroom remodel, lighting solutions, and a spectrum of other fixes required for this type of project. We consider ourselves fortunate to have selected a gentleman such as Mr. Augustin, and would most certainly highly recommend him to others. As a closing compliment, we will actually miss seeing him on a regular basis."

"Great service overall! My scheduled arrival window was pushed back due to unexpected traffic, but Jeremy kept me informed of his ETA. Their communication from start to finish was excellent. The crew was friendly, arrived at the updated time Jeremy communicated, and removed everything quickly and efficiently. The pricing was fair, and they were respectful of my property throughout the process. I gave them 4 stars, and I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you Jeremy."

"Jalen and team did the best spring clean up on my property that has ever been completed in all the years I have lived at this address. Not only did they quote a fair price but they were prompt, thorough and not diverted from the task. There attention to detail has me looking for more projects they can help with...most definitely I will ask them to return in the fall."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Hazardous waste is waste that poses a threat to human or environmental health. This generally refers to waste that is flammable, corrosive, toxic, or reactive. To confirm if the waste you need to remove is considered hazardous waste, contact your local hazardous waste facility.

While the EPA provides guidelines for homeowners to perform DIY lead paint removal, it is a risky process and generally not recommended due to serious health risks and strict regulatory requirements. The process requires precise safety precautions, such as wearing a respirator and protective eyeglasses, creating sealed exits, and using a HEPA vacuum for cleanup. To ensure the job is done safely, effectively, and in compliance with regulations, it is highly recommended to hire a professional lead abatement company. Certified professionals have the necessary training, experience, and specialized equipment (like chemical strippers and HEPA vacuums) to handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely.

It is safe to remove old linoleum, but it may require the help of a specialist due to the risk of asbestos in the material. Before you cut into linoleum or try to peel it up, have it tested for asbestos. If it tests positive, professionals will need to remove it to prevent the risk of health issues from airborne toxic particles. If it’s asbestos-free, DIY removal is possible and safe.

You can sell a house with lead paint, but there are several requirements. If you are aware that lead paint exists anywhere in the home, you must disclose that to potential buyers. Required home inspections will often uncover lead paint, especially for older houses where lead paint may still be a problem. If you have taken steps to encapsulate lead, you should provide buyers with full documentation of the project so it won’t cause any problems later on.

The best way to remove lead paint is by wet hand sanding and removing all dust and residue with a HEPA vacuum. Professionals may also strip and scrape lead-based paint with a paint scraper. In some cases, you may choose to have a pro encapsulate or enclose your lead-based paint surface by covering it with a sealant or a new material. You may also choose to replace the material altogether.
