I was also advised by the owner, Julio, to have the aeration done at the same in order to ensure that the existing treated grass, as well as the new seeded sections they seeded, would all germinate properly. The professional advice was much appreciated and I look forward to my newly renovated lawn catching the attention of all my neighbors.

This company responded within 30 minutes. They tended to our request the very next day and did not rush through the job like others have. They were meticulous and left our lawn looking great. The owner communicated with us throughout the process. We are very pleased and recommend this company.

Julio was wonderful with keeping up with his correspondences via text regarding the appointment as to when he was coming He did a wonderful Fall clean up ! I have many trees in my property which of course brings many many leaves . All of the leaves were cleaned from backyard as well as the front and brought up to curb for town leaf take away . My home was sparking and leaf free . He also cleaned out gutters from leaf for nominal charge . Thanks again and we will definitely be using Jayvian again , a reliable and dependable Landscaping company !

I called Jayvian Landscaping to help clean up my yard. Most of my flower beds were overrun with weeds and overgrown shrubs. It looked terrible. Julio was very quick to respond and came over promptly to give an estimate. The next day Milton and his crew arrived and got to work. In a few hours they accomplished what could have taken me a month to do. The house looks 100% better now. It was like a deep clean for my yard. I would definitely recommend Jayvian Landscaping. They are friendly, professional, priced fairly, and most importantly very good at what they do.

Hi Javeon three years ago and 2020 during the pandemic when I could no longer do yardwork, leaf removal , etc. they were good up until 2023 by that time I did not need the level of service that I normally would purchase such as aeration , weekly lawn cutting etc., After a declined certain services- he dropped me as a client immediately I asked for help with some fencing he said he had no time. So much for customer loyalty.

Julio's crew did a great job with a HUGE spring clean up.

Prompt response from Julio... came and gave estimate within hours..... when I called to accept his proposal, he was here with a crew the following morning. They toiled diligently all day and left the property as near and clean as could be!

Javian Landscaping (Julio's team) took care of power washing the exterior of our house, fences, stone, shed and even an old bench - going the extra to make us happy. They also cleaned our gutters, took care of our lawn, including a fall clean-up, added mulch, clipped our bushes and added decorative plants. They did an absolutely amazing job! Very highly recommend them as they are trust worthy, genuine, reasonable in the market, accommodating, easy to work with and hard working! They have great communication, are quick to respond and are are very polite! They're also, the first I've given a 5 star in the 13 years I've owned a home in Rockland - this should say a lot! Hire with confidence!!

I had not had a yard clean-up for several years and both the front yard and back yard needed It desperately, as did the sides of the house, driveway, etc. I called several lawn care businesses for a free estimate. Some of them never bothered to call me back. Two of them no-showed on me. I read all the good reviews for Jayvian Landscaping and decided to give them a try. Julio came to my house and took the time to walk around with me, point out what needed to be done, and gave a fair price for the work. I wanted them to come as soon as possible, but We just kept getting rain, rain, and more rain! Julio understood I was frustrated by having to wait because of the rain, but he said he wanted to show me what a great job they can do. His team showed up when they were supposed to, and they did the work as promised. They were pleasant, and took care of all the cleaning /work that needed to be done. They even came up and blew the leaves, etc off of my deck, my driveway, and also went up on a ladder and cleaned my garage roof. I will be using Jayvian for my future landscaping needs and would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of good lawn maintenance.
