Every step of the process he explained what he was doing. He started by vacuuming the entire apartment, after doing that he pre-treated every surface and then worked that solution into the fibers with a bristle like broom. Bau uses the best cleaning solution in the deep extraction carpet cleaning machine. Who does this: Bau does, every step of the way during the cleaning process, Bau would stop to show me his progress to ensure that I was happy; which I was. "I can't stop raving about Marcos, Lisa and the wonderful crew at Reis Wood Floors LLC! They literally saved my hard wood floors--and my sanity--and I am absolutely thrilled by the stunning results. The first company we originally hired to refinish our floors ended up destroying them. They didn't sand properly and the horrible stain job made my floors look like a Jackson Pollock painting. I highly and without any reservation recommend Reis to anyone who wants to restore their hardwood floors! I want to mention that we had two massive pet stains (left by the previous owners) by the entrance and in the dining room. but Marcos sanded them away brilliantly. There's no sign they were ever there. This company is so honest and fairly priced. Marcos didn't charge me extra for anything! They detailed all costs (we chose the more expensive Bona water based poly)--and I am one extremely happy and satisfied customer! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Communication was a breeze. Both Lisa and Marcos were available by text or cell and were quick to respond. Thank you so much Reis for restoring my faith in honest professionals like YOU!
