"Kevin is reliable and an awesome contractor. He widened a couple of doorways and replaced the door. Now I can take my husband outside as his wheelchair fits . His work ethic is fantastic. I recommend him to all"

"Andy was recommended to me after I had a house fire then was having problems with my public adjuster, and the insurance company house was total loss structure all contents. Andy took over handling all the mitigation process fought with my insurance company the worst impassionate company holding back monies deeply depreciating our belongings. Andy fought hard with his outstanding meticulous knowledge of insurance the laws he kept on them with letters like he was F LEE BAILY. Then ultimately expertly demolished our home of 25 years. cant thank him enough for all his efforts . I am a higher end upper east side Manhattan painting contractor for 43 years I know the best when when I work with them."

"I was once told by a master stair builder that if you want to evaluate a general contractors work, look in the dumpster at the job site for an excessive amount of used caulk tubes indicating that they are covering up mistakes. Recently we completed a very challenging project that required the excavation under our old seasonal home in conjunction with a significant 2-story addition. After interviewing three reputable and recommended contractors, we decided to work with Dave Nessel, owner of Unique Construction. Dave presented a clear concise estimate of the scope for the work proposed, the costs we should expect and a timeframe for completion; all proved to be very accurate. He and his team of true artisans obviously enjoyed their work. Laughter and music would usually overshadow the sound of the power tools that were working in synchrony. The exceptional fit and finish in a clean and neat environment were easily appreciated. Dave is truly a meticulous visionary. During the project, he was never shy about recommending esthetic modifications which deviated from the architects drawings. Whether these change orders originated from him or us, they were never with exorbitant fees, but were billed for time and materials used. The final result far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I would recommend Dave Nessel and Unique Construction without any reservation. Unique Construction….minimal caulk required"

"????? - BEST CONTRACTOR I am a big investor and own multiple properties in the Bronx, and I hired godinez for a full gut renovation of a 3-family house on Concord Ave.He is hands down one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Amazing, reliable, experienced, and truly knows what he's doing. When we hit unexpected issues - which always happens in a full gut - he didn't get stuck, he found smart solutions on the spot.He has the right team, the right guys, they work FAST but the quality is still top. Communication was excellent the whole time, and his pricing is very fair and honest. If you want a contractor who gets the job done right, on time, with no headaches - this is your guy. Highly, highly recommended."

"Professionals from beginning to end of project. Emiljano was helpful with recommending and suggesting based on my budget. Him and his team are super trust worthy, they worked on my bathroom for a week while I was away. My bathroom is beautiful and I receive so many compliments. I already have a few neighbors wanting to work with him. His work ethic is amazing and customer satisfaction is his priority. Will be working with Emiljano on all my home projects."

"Thanks to his expertise in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and installation, Joe Rossi corrected a botched kitchen installation of another contractor. He also installed a new tile bathroom - shower - vanity - toilet, making the most of a small space. He also intalled a new water heater and washer/dryer unit, as well a wall-mounted heater/AC. In another house adjacent, Joe Rossi removed a crumbling stone porch and replaced it with a new stone porch/ steps, with a sturdy metal railing around, getting my property more curb cred. For each project, Joe Rossi gave his full attention to all details in a timely and professional manner. He kept me updated about each project and explained what needed to be done and how."

"It could not have gone any better. I wish we would have met Steve 20 years ago. He is knowledgeable, professional and his work shows his years of experience."
