I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Joel walked me through the entire process, told me exactly which parts he would be replacing, and was able to install my appliance for a reasonable price within 24 hours of my call. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service!
