I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left.
