Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. I was so impressed with Angelo's knowledge and professionalism, that I contacted him when I needed a carpenter to install new kitchen floor molding. Rather than incur a greater cost for new kitchen floor molding, Angelo recommended that the existing molding be sanded, re-stained, and reattached. He also reattached a  saddle to the floor. Since he has carpentry skills, I also asked him to build a longer laundry room shelf and paint it too. I would certainly recommend Radical Rennovations since Angelo was very professional, hardworking and honest when providing estimates and performing the work.
