The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! "Versatile took on a difficult job and did excellent work. I asked them to put up mosaic tiles 3/4" by 3/4' and blend the colors from floor to ceiling- about 9 1/2 feet. The color scheme was dark blue at the bottom to pale blue near the ceiling and required a total of 6 colors to be blended. I highly recommend them for specialty tile work."
