"We hired Rock N Gardens to install Unilock patio pavers in my backyard. During the entire process, Keagan was very professional and knowledgeable about the construction and design of the new patio. He made very good suggestions on how to design the layout of the pavers and the brick edging. He also recommended a different layout in the midst of the project when we realized I had not ordered enough pavers. Keagan was always available to answer our questions and to address our concerns. He always returned my calls and texts and was very patient with us. We had no experience installing a patio and Keagan helped us address our questions and concerns. The final patio looks great and the workmanship was outstanding. He went to great lengths to make all of the pavers line up and align well. I recommend Rock N Gardens for future residential landscaping projects because Keagan is good to work with and he can be trusted, and he will deliver a good product."

They arrived precisely on time.  They were very polite and willingly did everything that we asked.  We had some containers so that the oil remaining in the tank could be reclaimed and we requested them to fill these containers.  I watched them work and they were very pleasant  and did not mind my observing.  They asked me if I wanted to keep any of the parts that they removed.  All the work was done efficiently and carefully.   They  left the work area very neat and clean when they finished.  The area at the front of the house where the fill and vent pipes  was completely  and neatly covered without any disruption of the landscaping.  We were very happy with the way the job was completed.

"We shopped around several local companies to quote a big project around our pool and some landscaping beds. From the beginning every communication with Alex Masonry was prompt and professional. They came out and took the time to listen to what we envisioned, suggested a few alternatives and helped us come to a final product. Even before we committed to the project, they helped us find showrooms to view the product, offered to meet us there (we declined) and helped walk us through exactly what we needed to see. A reassuring final step before the work actually started. Basic description of the project was to completely remove the existing paver patio around the inground pool. Excavate the old base material and install new base and pavers around the pool. We decided to add river rock beds in certain areas to change the look and feel of the space. They also removed and rebuilt a 40 foot section of a landscaping retaining wall, used an anchoring system and tethered wall to it. They also trenched and designed a drainage system to alleviate future water problems. This required quite extensive manual removal of large buried rocks and some pneumatic drilling of ledge. In addition, they built a large fire pit and capped with existing bluestone steps that were recycled from the demo. I would enthusiastically recommend Alex Masonry. Great crew, hard working, prompt and do an outstanding job. You will be hard pressed to find a company that does such quality work and craftsmanship for the price. Thank you and your crew!
