"Temur was amazing and did a great job on our assembly needs in the East Village. We had 3 complicated items to put together (bed/dresser/desk) and he arrived on time (even early when we requested) and spent the entire afternoon working nonstop to get everything done for us by dinnertime. He was a PRO at the process and also helpful with other projects around the apt as we helped set up our daughters apt. We would 100% reach out to him again if we have additional needs in this apartment or another project. So thankful we connected and spent a productive day together!"

"Ivan responded quickly to my inquiry, and he and Noel came to look at what I needed done and gave me an estimate of $600 to install the pull-down attic stair unit i had already purchased. That was half what another "handyman" service had quoted me. They were flexible about scheduling the job, showed up on time, and did a fine job with the installation including adding some wood trim around the new opening in the ceiling. It would have been nice if they'd vacuumed around the work area when they were done as there was sone sawdust, but a very minor point and I didn't even notice the dust until well after they'd finished and left."

"Someone drove over my Mailbox knocking it down to the ground. I found this company on Angi and I'm glad I did. Ivan the owner replied to me within minutes after I submitted the request. He was able to Install the MAILBOX the same day I contacted him. Owner, Louis, arrived on time.  Walked through our house to survey the current condition.  Easy going conversation as we asked questions and Louis answered to our satisfaction.  Questions were regarding sagging floor and how to jack up, support and repair/replace floor joists and rotted flooring that had been cut to accommodate improperly installed plumbers box after a major leak which happened many years before we purchased the house.

Louis also made recommendations for safe removal of a short section of load bearing wall planned for future renovation and how to add support beam.  Finally, he evaluated the condition of a basement cinderblock wall that is being pushed in by an old cement patio slab poured around a tree that of course has grown larger over many years.

We were happy to know that our house, even with all its issues, was in better shape that we imagined.  Basically well built, good bones. 

Our only disappointment was that Louis didn't write any of these recommendations down for us to refer to later. For $400 we think this should have been included.  We don't know if it was an oversight or if it would have been provided if we had thought to ask.  Didn't think of it until later because we were caught up in conversation and other questions.  All in all a positive experience.
