Ace and his team are the BEST on Long Island hands down. We received multiple estimates from multiple builders and Sun Luxury definitely stood out the most. Ace was the pricier option but it was well worth it. Some of the other builders were proposing changing the structural integrity of the home to reduce costs and other nonsense which did not sit right with us since our Architect had a reason for including certain things. We were hesitant at first since his price was higher but we ultimately decided to go with him based on his previous clients, knowledge, response time, and you could see he truly cares about his work. He would explain everything to us thoroughly and never had grin on his face. Best of all was he has a legitimate office in Syosset and did not work out of a truck which was reassuring since we were trusting him with our hard earned money. The quality of the work far exceeded other builds we saw in the area ? everything from the finishes to the layout was clearly a level above. What really stood out was the service even after closing. Ace personally came by to walk us through the home?s features, helped us change the garage code, set up the smart lock, and synced the thermostat to our phones ? none of which he had to do, but it shows the level of care they give to their buyers. It?s also reassuring to know they have a real office you can visit anytime ? not just someone working out of a truck and disappearing after the deal is done. Working with Sun Lux & Ace was a remarkable experience. We had originally met Ace at an Open House for one of his other Builds. From there, we realized we had to work with him from seeing his quality of work and expertise. Ace handled everything from assisting us in designing the home with his Architect, to submitting the plans and all amendments, to expediting the permits, to delivering an end product that we are extremely happy with. He was kind enough to guide us in upgrades that weren’t originally part of our original scope of work that made sense and told us to stay away from certain products/design choices that were a waste. On top of that, he was extremely respectful and understanding throughout the entire process. We always felt we were in safe hands with Ace and his team. Looking forward to building another one with him within the next year.

Sun Lux is the best. Their endless knowledge of Real Estate & Construction is invaluable. Ace definitely has the best New Constructions and goes far beyond any other Builder in New York. His quality speaks for itself. My family made the mistake of purchasing another Builder’s work and it has been a constant nightmare for them.
