We found Carpet Guys here through "Angi"... they contacted us immediately about our project... the price was very reasonable... and they were here the next day to fix our carpeting. Lee was fantastic! He worked all day on those three rooms... how he moved some of our furniture, I'll never know... but when he was done, I was amazed to see I had three rooms of carpeting that looked brand new again. The rooms were spotless when he finished the job. Not only do I highly recommend the Carpet Guys... I'll be calling them again when its time to replace the carpeting in our Rec room."

"I had Around the Clock clean my couch (onsite) and a rug (cleaned offsite). I'm very happy with the way things turned out. The turnaround on the rug was quick (4 days I think). They replaced the padding under the rug b/c the old was had mold (who knew?). And made a good suggestion regarding repairing the fringe."

"Let me start by saying, the customer service wasn’t good and here’s way. I’m a property manager and I don’t like working on the weekends, however, I accepted the first available appointment they had, which was a Saturday. I live in NY and the project is in NJ. They called me 2 hours before the scheduled appointment and said their driver was in an accident and had to cancel and apparently their wasn’t anyone else available. They rescheduled for the following Monday. I drove to the location and waited about 2 hours past my scheduled appointment after the keep telling me the driver is on his way, the driver never showed and they give me some BS story way, I didn’t buy it. They rescheduled for the next morning, reluctantly I accepted. They finally showed and long story short, when they came, they actually did a great job, so I’m actually happy for that. However, I wouldn’t recommend that location Empire Carpet bottom line."
