Ace Carpet Cleaning is proud be serving the Tri-State Area for the past 28 years. It all began in 1987, when the owner, Whendy Nellums was smitten by the satisfaction of cleaning a carpet in a residential home. Being aware of the dangers of toxic cleaning chemicals, she researched the best method and green cleaning solutions to provide the safest products and services for the families she served. This family owned and operated business, is built on developing relationships with clients on a residential and commercial level. We offer: upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor waxing, carpet and tile repair, flooring installation, pet odor removal, and janitorial services. It was a pleasure to work with this company, so happy we decided on them! The owner and her team, were very professional and courteous. It was refreshing to work with a company who prides themselves on doing an excellent job for their customers. My husband and I were extremely happy with the results ....the rugs all looked brand new!! They even were able to remove stains on the rugs we thought would never ever go away! Very unprofessional. The owner complained about other clients' living conditions which I found to be very distasteful. She quoted me a specific price for a specific suite of service, did not follow through on those services, then became indignant when I pointed this out.

"Your Cleaning needs exceeded the price originally quoted. We could not continue cleaning for you below minimum wage. The work we do is above and beyond most Cleaning Service's! Good luck finding someone that can work for $8 an hour. We cleaned for you twice, your husband was very happy! I quit the job because you didn't want to pay the hours necessary to clean your huge home. I told you to find another cleaning company. I don't complain about other clients. I have wonderful clients! They appreciate all the extra things we do to help them out! I quit jobs when we are taken advantage of."

They did an A plus plus job… Removed all my old carpeting, treated my floor for pet odors, sealed the entire floor and then installed brand new padding and the new carpeting I bought. I would hire them again in a New York minute, they are the best.

Wool carpet cleaned 2 weeks ago - Beautifully done. Whole house cleaned yesterday. Truly excellent. They did not miss anything, and I looked. They even cleaned the toaster crumb drawer. Bathrooms and kitchen were pristine. Wendy and crew were courteous and on time. I highly recommend this team and will use them monthly.
