"recently had a great experience with Makki Carpet Company. They handled the removal of my old bedroom carpet quickly and professionally, making the whole process stress-free. The installation of the new carpet was done with excellent attention to detail, and the final result looks fantastic. What stood out the most was their reasonable pricing. It’s not always easy to find a company that balances quality work with fair costs, but Makki Carpet Company definitely delivered on both. The team was punctual, courteous, and clearly experienced in what they do. I would highly recommend Makki Carpet Company to anyone looking for reliable carpet removal and installation services at a fair price."

"Hired them to do a deep clean of my new condo. They did a great job! Deep cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms and even steam cleaned the carpets in the bedrooms! They were reasonably priced and very flexible on days and times available. I will be giving them a call again in the future!"

"Courteous and professional service, they were on time and then an excellent job. My carpets were probably 2 years old on a newly purchased home, when they got through they looked brand new."

"They originally came to clean two carpets but it morphed into several other pieces. They cleaned everything on-site and even took another rug with them to clean off-site. I paid for their services with much appreciation for the quality service, honesty, and promptness."

"I had Around the Clock clean my couch (onsite) and a rug (cleaned offsite). I'm very happy with the way things turned out. The turnaround on the rug was quick (4 days I think). They replaced the padding under the rug b/c the old was had mold (who knew?). And made a good suggestion regarding repairing the fringe."

"Let me start by saying, the customer service wasn’t good and here’s way. I’m a property manager and I don’t like working on the weekends, however, I accepted the first available appointment they had, which was a Saturday. I live in NY and the project is in NJ. They called me 2 hours before the scheduled appointment and said their driver was in an accident and had to cancel and apparently their wasn’t anyone else available. They rescheduled for the following Monday. I drove to the location and waited about 2 hours past my scheduled appointment after the keep telling me the driver is on his way, the driver never showed and they give me some BS story way, I didn’t buy it. They rescheduled for the next morning, reluctantly I accepted. They finally showed and long story short, when they came, they actually did a great job, so I’m actually happy for that. However, I wouldn’t recommend that location Empire Carpet bottom line."

"Carpet cleaned up well, however is was a damp day and it took longer than 12 hours to completely dry."
