"Robert did a fantastic job from start to finish. The cement around my pool and the front walkway look fantastic, he is a professional who knows his craft, I highly recommend Leading Concrete Solutions for all your concrete leveling requirements."
"From the initial phone call for an estimate I knew I didn’t need to look for anyone else, and I didn’t. I was so impressed with the estimate process, i knew Zach was the man for the job. Although we had the winter ahead of us, it was an outside project, he gave me a start date and he was able to start a day early. Every step of the way, prep, layout, delivery, and application of the concrete, to the final completion, could not have been better. If you have a concrete job, Anytime Concrete is the only thing you need. Zach and his professional team will get the job done. Perfect from start to finish."
"They came on time, did great work, was neat and clean and the leveling of the large slab in my entrance way was fantastic! I highly recommend Adirondack Basement."
"We cannot say enough good about Dylan, Seth and Tim. 3 very hard workers. Lifting heavy heavy loads of concrete and stone up my and down my cellar and porch steps. They never stopped for breaks. Great workers. Respectful and pleasant and knew their job requirements. Very careful with doors, floors etc It?s a messy job. ThankYou"
"I was contacted by Derick within two days of signing up for the service. A meeting was arranged for Derick to come an look at the location plus take measurements. He showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. I was given a very fair estimate to which I agreed to and he then put in the order for the door. Once it came in he returned and installed both the door and new opener. Once done, he tested it and showed me how to lubricate and care for it. All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend and use Capital District Overhead Door in the future. "
"After some delays the work was done as described above. It looked perfect. We were warned to stay off it for several days and leave the cars off it for a week so it could cure completely. IT NEVER DID! The office was very responsive. Inspectors came out. Perhaps humidity was delaying the curing. "Give it a few more days, another week. try mopping it, etc" Nothing worked. After several weeks they decided to clean the surface and reapply the finish coat. After waiting for this to cure the job was finished as promised. Except for the frustration we are happy with the job."

"Jason was great to work with and did a fine job. I had a lot of questions and he answered them thoroughly and he offered lots of advice on related projects. He suggested additional work, but wasn't pushy about it. I took him up on several of his suggestions and I am quite happy with the results. He and his crew took care of fixing up the outdoor part of the foundation, put in new basement windows, jacked up a sagging front porch and replaced pieces of sidewalk. I would hire Jason again."
Mudjacking typically takes 24 to 72 hours (one to three days) to dry and cure completely before you can resume normal use. The exact time can vary depending on the size of the project. Because the slurry mixture contains cement, it must fully harden to ensure that added weight from walking, furniture, or vehicles won't shift the concrete slab. A professional contractor can advise you on when the surface is safe to use. For comparison, if you use polyjacking instead, the polyurethane foam can dry in just a few minutes, but it's best to wait about an hour before use.
The method involves lifting settled concrete using pressurized cement slurry via drilled holes. This solves uneven surfaces and prevents further settling.
The timeframe is generally a few hours, allowing for immediate use post-hydration, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding activities.

Polyjacking and mudjacking can both be effective solutions for sinking concrete, but they have key differences. Polyjacking, which uses expanding polyurethane foam, is often considered a better option because the foam is significantly lighter than the cementitious material used for mudjacking. This reduced weight puts less pressure on the underlying soil and lowers the risk of future sinking. Polyjacking is suitable for any sinking concrete slab, while mudjacking is typically only recommended for non-structural concrete, such as sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and driveways. The primary drawback of polyjacking is its cost, which can be up to four times higher than mudjacking—as much as $25 per square foot compared to a maximum of about $6 per square foot for mudjacking.
