"My bathrooms sparkled when they were done, even though they are quite old. I was happy with the cleaning they did on the empty house, so I'm looking forward to seeing what they would do with a house full of furniture after the remodel is complete. Easy to schedule, but I'm pretty flexible on time. They do real cleaning using a bucket with water and a mop, not wiping and swiffering (which I do myself in between cleanings). They schedule 4 people for 1 hour of cleaning, so it's not a linear 4 hours of cleaning time; its 4 man/woman hours of labor towards your cleaning job. I love this because I put no value on how long people stay at my house and would prefer a short intense session and then get out of my way as soon as possible."

We had two full bathrooms completely re-done as well as new kitchen counter tops and laminate flooring installed. Emily LaRose, the designer, is the consummate professional designer. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills. "Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

They are constantly looking at things and making recommendations on helping us during COVID-19 crisis. "The walls that were painted were done well. There was no time to complete the trim around the windows and base molding, alas,  and the painters were not available to come back for over a week. Therefore, we were stuck with our house in shambles (breakables removed, paintings taken off walls, etc.) and the job not completely done. Initially I was not happy.
However, the price was insanely low for what WAS accomplished and it is hard to blame these nice people for having run out of time. So: fair enough. I (and they) should have foreseen that time would run out and we should have decided together that the small hall would not be done in exchange for completion of the the trim.
Unfortunately, there was some light splattering of white paint here and there (on the floors and rugs and furniture)  in the rooms that were painted. The company is insured, though, and so a professional cleaner has come and taken care of the main problems at no additional cost to us. A leather specialist is scheduled to come remove the last remaining paint stains on the leather couch. Scott is an honorable businessman and his team of workers, though imperfect , were very courteous and well-meaning and easy to have around. He was responsive to my feedback and swiftly took care of matters in so far as possible.
In the end , I am not quite a totally satisfied customer (it would have been better to have everything completed on schedule and no paint spatters to deal with) but I am not a furiously unhappy customer either. I hired someone else to come in and finish the trim  at very low cost to me and everything looks fine right now. The couch will be cleaned in a few weeks.
If I use these painters again (and I might, because they were so nice) ,  I will stress the need for adequate protective coverage of furniture and I will do more preliminary preparation myself before the job is begun.

"I called T & T on the late afternoon of 3/2/15 and spoke to owner Dave Thomas about an estimate to remove the snow. He asked if I would be up at 7:00 am the next day as he could be there then. He was right on time and brought a co-worker Andy. I explained what I wanted done. He gave me an estimate for $350 which seemed very fair. I asked him when the work could be done, he said right now. Dave and Andy not only removed the snow off the front and rear of the main second story roof, they also cleaned the screen house and garage roofs. They were also very neat in cleaning up all the snow afterwards. 
I was impressed with their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.
I would be happy to recommend their services to anyone.

"good until pressure of upstairs pressure from drain snaking forced a big overflow downstairs in kitchen sink. Whole kitchen floor flooded before they shut down flood. They used my personal towels to clean up flood instead of a shop vac which left me to lander six nasty smelling and dirty towels once they left. I had to mop for in kitchen and it left wood floor of sink wet and smelly. It also ruined a $200 wool rug I had in lichen. This was the Real Plumber."
