"Our experience with Kitchen and Bath World was excellent; we are completely satisfied. We had two full bathrooms completely re-done as well as new kitchen counter tops and laminate flooring installed. Emily LaRose, the designer, is the consummate professional designer. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. "The second time I have used Pacific Stone and Tile in lass than a year and my experience this time was just as fantastic as the first time. very reasonable price and the final product looks better than we had visioned. Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. "I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal in September, 2012 for 2 painters for a day for $399.  I contacted Scott in approximately August, 2013 before the expiration of this deal on July 17, 2013.  He said he would honor the deal even after the expiration date.  Scott came to my house on August 6, 2013 to look at the area, tell me how much paint I would need and a price of $100 for additional patching.
We had some difficulty scheduling a mutually agreeable date to do the work, so we finally got together on a date of Saturday April 18, 2015.  Scott needed to get a ladder in order to reach the areas of my ceiling that needed to be patched.  He came with 2 helpers instead of just 1, so I got 3 painters for the day.  The patching and painting was completed on Saturday, and I decided to get the trim painted as well, which included 11 doors plus 2 doorways, floor moldings, etc.  Scott sent one of his helpers - Tom, to paint the trim on Sunday, April 19.  I paid an additional $250 for the trim painting.
The cost was $824 for labor plus what I spent for paint.  I bought more than this job needed because I have other areas of my house that also need painting.
I am very pleased with the results.  The area hasn't been painted in the 25 years since the house was built.  Since it was so high and large it really needed a professional.  There was also patching needed that was in high areas of the ceiling and where the ceiling met the wall, some of the original taping of the seams had lifted.  Scott also gave me advice on another painting issue I have with the external doors peeling, and refinishing my hard wood floor.

"I called T & T on the late afternoon of 3/2/15 and spoke to owner Dave Thomas about an estimate to remove the snow. He asked if I would be up at 7:00 am the next day as he could be there then. He was right on time and brought a co-worker Andy. I explained what I wanted done. He gave me an estimate for $350 which seemed very fair. I asked him when the work could be done, he said right now. Dave and Andy not only removed the snow off the front and rear of the main second story roof, they also cleaned the screen house and garage roofs. They were also very neat in cleaning up all the snow afterwards. 
I was impressed with their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.

"good until pressure of upstairs pressure from drain snaking forced a big overflow downstairs in kitchen sink. Whole kitchen floor flooded before they shut down flood. They used my personal towels to clean up flood instead of a shop vac which left me to lander six nasty smelling and dirty towels once they left. I had to mop for in kitchen and it left wood floor of sink wet and smelly. It also ruined a $200 wool rug I had in lichen. This was the Real Plumber."
