I was happy with the cleaning they did on the empty house, so I'm looking forward to seeing what they would do with a house full of furniture after the remodel is complete. Easy to schedule, but I'm pretty flexible on time. They do real cleaning using a bucket with water and a mop, not wiping and swiffering (which I do myself in between cleanings). They schedule 4 people for 1 hour of cleaning, so it's not a linear 4 hours of cleaning time; its 4 man/woman hours of labor towards your cleaning job. I love this because I put no value on how long people stay at my house and would prefer a short intense session and then get out of my way as soon as possible."

We had two full bathrooms completely re-done as well as new kitchen counter tops and laminate flooring installed. Emily LaRose, the designer, is the consummate professional designer. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills. Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. The crew was meticulous with their measurements, making sure no gaps were showing due to sloping floors or crooked walls. They were very thorough with the install. You can tell immediately the pride Sal and his crew take in their work. The installers were as friendly as the owner, they kept the area clean and and were very considerate of me and my family.
