I was happy with the cleaning they did on the empty house, so I'm looking forward to seeing what they would do with a house full of furniture after the remodel is complete. Easy to schedule, but I'm pretty flexible on time. They do real cleaning using a bucket with water and a mop, not wiping and swiffering (which I do myself in between cleanings). They schedule 4 people for 1 hour of cleaning, so it's not a linear 4 hours of cleaning time; its 4 man/woman hours of labor towards your cleaning job. I love this because I put no value on how long people stay at my house and would prefer a short intense session and then get out of my way as soon as possible."

She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills.
