"We had purchased a de-humidifcation system for our basement through Frank Petrullo a few years ago.  Once installed, gone were the days of having to constantly empty the bucket from our old stand alone unit.  The new system was operating without a hitch until suddenly, it ceased functioning.  We called Eco Green and explained the problem.  Frank made sure that a service appointment was scheduled promptly.  We didn't have to wait around for the technician to arrive as he came to our home as scheduled.  The problem was identified - the culprit was our cat, who had taken a liking to the  tubing and had managed to damage the system.  There was little doubt in the technician's mind as to what had happened since our cat was kind enough to attack the unit in his presence! 
The Eco Green technician devised a solution to protect the unit from our cat allowing our unit to resume functioning and keeping our basement dry.

"Joe did a great job on this, our dining room was a add on to connect the original home and the garage and had no insulation and boy in the winter it was unusable as well as the kitchen basically (the best part of the house). Joe came and drilled small holes in the attic floor that they sealed up later to allow for blowing in the insulation. And they cleaned up well. we have a 20 month old but there was nothing left over for the baby to put in her mouth. Joe is great! Our dining room is toasty and the kids can play in there year-round Plus they are were less than half of the expensive "efficiency" guys PSEG sent over.
