Brilliant plan of action with complete transparency for every stage of the job. Frank and his team were hired to repair the walls and paint the entire interior of my former business. The work done was above and beyond my expectations. They were able to reach my tough deadline with short notice working long hours. In addition, the price for such a large space was more then fair, especially being that I was on a tight budget!

I have used Frank and his company Zellner Family Renovations for many years and have used him quite often. One of our first projects was having him completely overhaul our kitchen and bathroom which came out simply gorgeous. Next, we had him build us a brand new composite deck complete with aluminum railings. You could not ask for a more patient and respectable gentleman and company. Frank or for that matter any of his employees would bend over backward to do anything for you. I also know right here in the village of Goshen Frank at the beginning of the pandemic also donated hundreds of masks to our senior center and our own Goshen Village Police Department. He also posted on Facebook anyone who needed a mask to come by his home where he gave out 10 masks to every individual that wanted them for free. He is an asset to our community and any client that uses him and his company.

Hired Frank to fix an issue we had which he agreed he (Frank) could do in a speedy yet easy manner. He kept mentioning how small and easy the job was so we felt confident in our choice to use him. So, it was shocking when he screwed it up so handily. He didnt listen to what was wanted and while doing the work he ended up doing his own thing instead of what we wanted. When we addressed the issues with him he then angrily did half the work we agreed on in a sub-par manner. Not happy with him or his business so hire him at your own risk. You should be suspicious of the good reviews they have up here.

I hired Frank and the team to paint two rooms in my home. Frank was extremely professional and efficient. Zellner Family Renovation would be highly recommended by me. In fact, I will be working with them on other projects for my home.
