Best energy efficiency auditors near Cornwall, NY

"I looked for a local building scientist to examine my very large, leaky and complex house, recommend and install ecologically sound insulation. John was not the cheapest, but he noticed a number of things about the house that others missed, and he was very willing to explain my options in great detail. I had a lot of confidence in his company, and I am very pleased with the results. The crew was very professional, organized, hard-working. They checked the blower door data after every major portion of the work, and exceeded their targeted reduction in CFM 50 by approximately 2-fold."

"We had purchased a de-humidifcation system for our basement through Frank Petrullo a few years ago.  Once installed, gone were the days of having to constantly empty the bucket from our old stand alone unit.  The new system was operating without a hitch until suddenly, it ceased functioning.  We called Eco Green and explained the problem.  Frank made sure that a service appointment was scheduled promptly.  We didn't have to wait around for the technician to arrive as he came to our home as scheduled.  The problem was identified - the culprit was our cat, who had taken a liking to the  tubing and had managed to damage the system.  There was little doubt in the technician's mind as to what had happened since our cat was kind enough to attack the unit in his presence!
The Eco Green technician devised a solution to protect the unit from our cat allowing our unit to resume functioning and keeping our basement dry.
We are very happy with the customer service and attention that we have received from Eco Green and gladly recommend this company.

"Joe did a great job on this, our dining room was a add on to connect the original home and the garage and had no insulation and boy in the winter it was unusable as well as the kitchen basically (the best part of the house). Joe came and drilled small holes in the attic floor that they sealed up later to allow for blowing in the insulation. And they cleaned up well. we have a 20 month old but there was nothing left over for the baby to put in her mouth. Joe is great! Our dining room is toasty and the kids can play in there year-round Plus they are were less than half of the expensive "efficiency" guys PSEG sent over. Those providers wanted to charge $10,000+ for basically the same job."

"David was our serviceman. He was extremely friendly and informative :-)

"High quality of work, super clean, would recommend to anyone with an older home looking for warmth this winter As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of quality, customer service and over-all professionalism! Selecting the right company to insulate my home became an easy decision when picking Adaptive. On-time, productive work and a clean install made it a No Stress process dealing with Dan and Josh ¦ I would highly recommend Adaptive Insulation and I am looking forward to saving money as well as keeping warm throughout the winter!!"

"They got here in a short period of time. They were done in a couple of hours, end of story. They were very clean.  I am satisfied with their work, it is wired correctly and everything is up to code and done in a proper manner."

"Excellent experience from start to finish! The home energy audit showed me where I was losing heat and areas that needed attention. Getting the house sealed and getting blown in cellulose and an attic cap installed professionally is something I would recommend to any homeowner. Expediant energy came to install it soon after the initial estimate. which in this winters bitter cold temps is something I really appreciate. I Noticed the difference immediately. Anyone who is paying for heat and looking to improve their insulation should give these guys a call you won't regret it!"

"They did a great work. I was happy with the service. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future."
