Maria and her staff were able to get my house show-ready to be sold. They did a phenomenal job by doing a deep cleaning of the entire house, starting from the refrigerator, to the stove to the bathrooms and ultimately steamed cleaned and removed dog hair from the carpets. The house used to have an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke and they were able bring the house back to life by getting rid of the odor and leaving the house smelling fresh and clean. I would give the cleaning 4 or 5 stars. The cleaning in general was great. I'm giving a 2 because of the customer service. The scheduling and management of my services were not good. I ended up texting the owner on several occasions to schedule service and my texts were not returned. I would then have to call into the office only to have my message taken with the hopes that it was going to get taken care of. If the scheduling and customer service was better, I would definitely continue.
