I gave Floor Plan Inc. a not so good review from a misunderstanding. Jorge has contacted me numerous times to mend the wrong. Unfortunately I no longer live in NY state and am not in need of his services. I write this review again because anyone can make a bad decision, it's how we handle the decision afterwards. I truly believe Jorge was overwhelmed with work and that is the reason for his cancellations. I would recommend this pro because he believes in delivering exceptional customer service and has proven that with my situation.

This company never showed on the 1st appt. I gave them a second opportunity and on the day of at the time they were to show the guy called and said he couldn't make and could he reschedule. Very unreliable and unprofessional
