"Very good experience! Leading up to the job, Luigi periodically kept us informed on scheduling (each day of rain postpones all work for a day, and we had a rainy July). Then, he and his men performed the work, which included installing a new fence, in a very structured way -- section by section over several days. Luigi also suggested and added a couple of creative touches, such as a gently curved walkway (we had planned it as straight, with no design) leading from the driveway to both our front steps and the main walkway (see below). He even accommodated our need for a way to get our dog out to the street multiple times each day, even as access to our two entrances was ever-changing. The finished product looks outstanding, and has really enhanced our home and property."

His work was meticulous and he was friendly and very responsive. The current job was an entire interior paint job of my 3 bedroom split ranch. Again, he did an excellent job. He also re-grouted my bluestone patio and did several small jobs around the house. He defies all of your preconceived notions of what a contractor is. Very intelligent, a meticulous craftsman and a friendly communicator, sending photo updates regularly and asking appropriate questions when necessary. It was a joint project with the next door neighbors, who also needed their bluestone sidewalk replaced with concrete in order to make a workable driveway. I asked if I could have the salvaged bluestone. JB took care of the city permits, and the workers were there at 8 AM, prying up bluestone and piling it neatly in my back yard.
