It was a joint project with the next door neighbors, who also needed their bluestone sidewalk replaced with concrete in order to make a workable driveway. I asked if I could have the salvaged bluestone. JB took care of the city permits, and the workers were there at 8 AM, prying up bluestone and piling it neatly in my back yard. His work was meticulous and he was friendly and very responsive. The current job was an entire interior paint job of my 3 bedroom split ranch. Again, he did an excellent job. He also re-grouted my bluestone patio and did several small jobs around the house. He defies all of your preconceived notions of what a contractor is. Very intelligent, a meticulous craftsman and a friendly communicator, sending photo updates regularly and asking appropriate questions when necessary.
