I had other contractors come out to give estimates but he was the only one to explain the details of the work involved. Including the fact that the door to the patio area would need to be adjusted afterwards. He addressed all of my questions and concerns. There were some challenges because of the constant rain but surprisingly to me, he finished the work in a timely manner. He and his crew always arrived early and worked expeditiously to get the work done. Clean up was excellent as well as the alteration of the door. We am more than pleased with the outcome.
