"Mike and his crew showed up everyday on time and stayed for eight hours each day. They demolished the old siding first and made sure to clean up all materials around the lawn. They placed cloths down while working inside and again swept everything up at the end of the day. They were very professional and installed all materials perfectly. Whenever there was a problem, everyone stayed positive and worked around it. Excellent communication with me about any questions they had. The quote which was given at the beginning of the project was right on at the end. No surprises. The house looks just fantastic! Siding is level, doors work and lock easily and the window all open smoothly. This is our fourth project with Mike and he, and his entire crew are just outstanding. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

First off, take a breath. The good news is that interior paint, especially when used outside, won’t harm your health. If you want your paint to have a smooth finish, the technique you use is very important. Keep your brush at a 90-degree angle while applying the paint and feather as you go. Between coats, sand the wall lightly using a very high grit sand sponge of at least 220 grit.

It’s best to prime composite decking before painting. This promotes better paint adhesion, helps create a smooth finish, and can mean the paint job will last longer. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for application, allow ample primer drying time before painting (typically 24 to 48 hours), and thoroughly clean the deck boards to promote the best adhesion.

While it is possible to paint over wallpaper, it’s not always ideal. If the wallpaper is firmly adhered, has no bubbling or peeling, and isn’t textured, you can try to prime and paint over it. Use an oil-based primer to prevent the adhesive from bleeding through. However, if the paper is damaged or loose, removal is the better long-term solution.
