From the reasonable estimate to the finish of our project, Elite Painting did a great job. The owner Ed was more than fair, and paid attention to to details. I have already recommended them to a friend, and would do it again and again. Our decks fencing and porches look amazing, and we’re very pleased.

In the end, everything worked out ok. However, I hate feeling like I have to keep a close watch on everything I asked for because Ed (owner) kept forgetting things I mentioned, increased the price numerous times, and told the painters and contractor incorrect information for what I wanted per the estimate. So needless to say, the work was fine. Delayed numerous times (later weather caused some), but it was written in the contract to do my work 1st due to needing it prior to closing for FHA and in the beginning, when they could have done some of the inside work, did not and left instead. I am happy worth the final work completed, but the owner I'm not pleased with. It helps to write things down if you can not remember so the client requests are not missed or misconstrued later (example not doing shoring up in areas of my carriage house that I asked for or trying to stull repair a window I asked to have replaced because repairing it would crumble it, plus the contractor (who I was very happy with) accidentally knocked it over and it would have had to have been replaced anyway. I ended up paying a lot more than quoted after I spoke to him and the contract writer explaining it all verbally because everything was getting missed.

Ed from Elite Pro was very responsive to come quote power washing our mobile home, shed and deck. He was able to quickly schedule our job. Ed kept me informed throughout the scheduling. Upon arrival he quickly got to work - had all the right power washing tools to get the job done. All looks wonderful! Thx Ed (and to his son who helped too!)

Elite Painting is the way to go. All interactions with employees have been wonderful. In November of 2022 I hired Elite Painting to paint the inside of my home (about 4300 square feet) so I spent a lot of time around them. James completed a majority of the work and he did a great job! He also kept a clean work area, wore shoe coverings inside the home, and was a very hard worker. The owner is easy to communicate with and delivered on estimated timelines. Fast forward to May 2023 and I hired them again to paint the exterior trim of our home and front porch.. I was pleased with the service yet again. I recommend them to everyone looking for painters!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! They don't honor signed contracts, treat customers very poorly. I wouldn't even give this place half a star! They were supposed to bring my property value up but they just brought it down!! Paid them to paint my roof, along with a 10 yr warranty. Roof started chipping not even two weeks after it was done! Long story short don't waste your money with this place.

The worst experience I have ever received. The people look like they came straight from prison, they are less than professional and do even worse at work. The owner will not talk over the phone, only over text messaging. He says he is coming on one day and then does not show. Save your time, energy, and money, and look elsewhere for a reliable company.

I hired this company in March to complete a big roof painting job. The only reason I hired this company was because they came with a ten-year warranty, or so they said. Luckily I had a signed contract (highly recommend you get one). First off, they painted the roof the wrong color. After two weeks, the roof started peeling everywhere. The owner informed me the roof had some pollen on it and that it was an easy fix, so easy, that I could do the work myself. After no response from the company for weeks because they were too lazy to come back and fix the roof, I was forced to bring them to small claims court, where I had every ounce of evidence that this company neglected to fix their work. The owner stated we make a million dollars a year and do not need to honor any contract, I had every text message printed off. I won the case, as I should have. I will go to every extent to recoup this money and to ensure this company is not hired by anyone else. These are not good people and I, as well as others that I have spoke to about this company would NOT hire them, Do yourself a favor and go with a company who knows what they are doing. They did not show up when they said they would, we paid extra for a ten-year warranty. At least have enough respect for your own business to fix your errors.
