"My house was built in 1956 and I had an old block cesspool that backed up at least once and sometimes twice a year. I needed to replace it so I went on Angie's list. I chose priority because in their  reviews, I saw they had replaced quite a few cesspools compared to the other companies reviewed. I also saw how many reviews of satisfied customers and high grades.  There was the usual phone tag and most of the time John, the company phone doesn't get answered quickly, but I eventually realized why (he's the owner and he is deeply involved with every job and running a huge machine, how can he get all his phone calls. Big time forgiven, I like an owner that isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty). Finally he returned my call and made an appointment to figure out what we needed. I had bought the house 5 years prior and was told, when I bought the house that there was a new overflow and cesspool and it was in good  shape. John quickly came out and was very forthcoming and professional.  He laid out exactly what he was going to do and how long it was going to take. He said if he can use the newer overflow he will and he gave me two estimates.  Then He even gave me a magnate and pen, red flag, LOL. (After getting to know John, he's just that nice and believes in his work enough to do that, so in the end, it all made sense) 
Out of 3 other estimates he was in the middle as far as price but as far as his professionalism and his down to earth personality we decided to give him the job. There was a trust thing that he brought to his estimate. When it came time to do the job he came on time and dug up the the old overflow to discover it was too small, not deep enough and wasn't even working. I was there as proof. It was a shoddy job to say the least and is the reason why there was a back up every 6 months. Plan 2 was implemented which included a new septic tank as governed by Huntinton NY, and new overflow with two 10' rings and a dome. It took him two days because of Huntington's inspector which passed and then he backfilled and cleaned up. He even remarked about our dead dogwood tree and asked if I wanted him to cut it down for us. He actually asked me, took out his chainsaw and cut it  down and neatly piled it up next to the road for pick up. He's the owner mind you! Who does that these days?! His men were courteous and professional and extremely safety conscious. Anytime I got close to the edge they would quickly tell me to be careful.  WOW!!!! Not only would I recommend them but they will be servicing my brand new cesspool.  Thanks John and crew, you were amazing!
