"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. "Can't really find the words to express my full satisfaction with Kalthoff Handyman Services. I hired them to rebuild a very difficult deck---hillside/rock. They worked very hard to build a beautiful deck---quite an accomplishment. They worked thru late fall with very cold temperatures---never with a complaint. The price was fair and they never found reasons to raise the price. I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). They fixed it (found a way to solve the problem)---no charge. Really quite superior and I am fully satisfied with their work. Cory has the highest standards and completes whatever he says. I recommend them most highly and feel very fortunate to have found them."

"Our sewer had backed up, though the tank had been cleaned. Tom came over within an hour of contacting him at 6PM, and snaked the line from the house. He had to remove the pressure tank to do this. However, the line was still blocked (having collapsed under the driveway), so Tom cam back early the next day to isolate the break, dig up the location in the driveway, and replace the crushed blocked pipe. Full operation restored within 24 hours. Really nice of him to make much such an effort."
