"I met Sean McLeod through “Angie’s” List early March, 2025. He has been to my house several times to complete an array of remodeling projects. Some were minor like building utility cabinets for the kitchen or mounting household appliances for convenience. Others were major undertakings , such as, stripping bathroom facilities down to the studs and completely renovating each room into a palatial spectacle. His project costs are competitively reasonable. The building materials and plumbing appliances he installs are first class or, may reflect the financial restraints you place on each project, He is a skilled craftsman of the first order, competent in all he does. "Job was done correctly and efficiently. In two days they had removed the old sink, moved the plumbing to the adjacent wall to fit the new vanity/sink better, installed drywall where the old sink was, painted the new drywall to match the paint on the other walls in the bathroom. Installed new circuits in a bedroom, removed old water heater and installed a new one and removed and installed a new light fixture in our front foyer. They did flawless work at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone. Great general contractor. "

"JMT construction was the best contractor I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of them. From the quote process which was short, sweet and to the point. It only took about 20 minutes for the quote and Jim explained everything. Other quotes we got from national brands took 2+ hours and were not as informative. The quote was very reasonable and was so much cheaper than other companies for the same windows!! Jim explained everything and was extremely diligent with communication. He would always notify us when he was on his way and when he was done for the day and what the next step was. He answered all my questions and concerns. The work was done quickly, in a professional manner, and they did a great job of cleaning up the mess from the job. Jim also refused to install two of the windows because he did not like how they opened and closed. Most contractors would have just thrown them in and left the problem with the home owner. Jim did not. He ordered new windows and put them in as soon as they arrived, at no additional cost or inconvenience. Jim also took the time to show me some water damage he discovered during demolition. Most contractors would not have said anything because it had nothing to do with the windows but instead was because of missing gutters. Jim offered to repair the damage at an amazing price and it was done to perfection. I would hire JMT to do work on any of my properties."
