They arrived in the appointment window and went right to work. After it was installed and working nicely I mention my other door did not work from they keypad outside my garage. He programmed it and my new openers to operate both doors. Couldn't be happier with the install.

Terrible!  The person who installed it was swearing & angry whole time.  He also chained smoked and took a long time with many attempts to fix it.  He damaged the trim & broke light on door.  Called manager & he tried to make it right.  A few years later the door was not going down because extreme cold.  They charged $120 for a 5 minute call and to oil the door.   

Their installer was professional and did the work in an efficient manor.

Interstate did a great job of installing 2 automatic garage door openers that I purchased from a store. They were professional and knowledgable. I would never use anyone else.

 He was also to check the door overall to make sure nothing else was wrong. But about a week later a rusted cable broke requiring another call. I believe he should have spotted this on the first call.

My experience was outstanding. When I first called to obtain an estimate I spoke directly with the owner Bob Vogel who made an appointment to personally come to my house the next day. Bob arrived on time and reviewed the door options available and gave me his recommendations. His recommendations made sense and his prices were very reasonable so I asked him to order the doors and call me when they arrived since I was having other work done to my house that I wanted to have completed before installing the new garage doors and door openers. As promised, when the doors arrived I received a call to schedule an appointment to complete the installation. The installer arrived on the scheduled day and time and completed the installation. The quality of the doors was excellent and the installation was extremely professional. The installer was friendly, knowledgable and courteous and cleaned everything up before leaving when he was finished. I highly recommend Interstate Door Company.

Bob showed up on time for estimate. Don, not sure on name, showed up on time on the 14th. I was surprised on how good a worker he was. Worked straight thru till the job was completed. Cleaned up his mess and had me come out and check his work. Bob came around the next day to make sure I was happy with the job. I was.

I used them because my neighbor used them. Everything went good, they were quick and I have had no problems.
