He asked for photos which I sent and we scheduled a date and time for him to come to my house. I volunteered to bring it to him but he said he would come to me. He never showed so I sent a text after the discussed time passed and asked if he had an ETA. The message shows "read" and he never replied and has not called since."

My company offers our services to build it for you. We are mobile within Suffolk and Queens. We do make some exceptions if you live outside of Long Island and Queens. We accept Cash, Electronic payments currently (Only Zelle, CashApp, Venmo & PayPal) we are still working on taking credit card payments. Refunds are conditional.
