KAZ Home Inspections LLC offers professional, detailed residential home inspection reports not only for sellers and buyers, but also for folks who bypassed an inspection during this competitive home purchasing season. I am a licensed and insured owner operated business, member of The American Society of Home inspectors (ASHI), and focus on the safety and stability of your home. It would be my honor to serve you and remove some of the stress of home ownership by bringing attention to anything that may be a potential hazard or identifying anything that should be budgeted for future repair, keeping your home in tiptop shape!

Kaz was excellent to work with. She was very friendly, prompt, thorough, and took the time to answer and address all our questions during and after the inspection. We recently bought a duplex and plan on renting out, so her attention to detail inside each unit, as well as the attic and basement, put us at ease and ensured our home is safe for us and our tenants. She has 5-star reviews for a reason! If we buy another home in the future, we'll definitely be giving her a call again to inspect it.

Cass was great. She was extremely thorough and professional. Her report showed many issues with the house. Based on her report and the numerous issues she found with the house I decided to not go though with the purchase of the house. I highly recommend her and will definitely be using her services again.

We asked the Cass home inspections to inspect our house with the intension to sell and wanted to know what we needed to improve our home for the market. While she was there she helped my wife with an issue we had with our deck. She is knowledgeable and helpful. She gave a detailed report that was very insightful.

Cass was wonderful to work with. Very thorough in her explanations and most importantly was patient when there was something I wasn't too sure about. I expected the home inspection to be much more nerve wrecking. It wasn't at all. Eye opening, which is ideal for me. I learned a lot and am glad I chose Cass to do my home inspection.

Cass Postek performed general work for me earlier this year and did a great job. She was very professional, hard-working and dependable. One great asset was she promptly returned my calls when I had questions. Whereas, with my experience found it difficult to get contractors, businesses, doctors, etc. to return my calls in timely manner and sometimes received no return call at all. It is very frustrating. Her fee was reasonable and fair and I highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.
