John built an addition for me almost 2 years ago and left some unfinished siding work. Unfortunately, John has not returned any messages I have sent him since July. His last message was he guaranteed me he would be to at my house in a week. 2 months later and I?m still waiting.

John did a fabulous job on our decks. He worked quickly and left a tidy job site each day. He quickly came up with solutions for unanticipated challenges with the job. I am very satisfied with the process and the finished product and would gladly have him do other work at our home.

John and his Crew showed up early and completed the task even as it became obvious that it was a much bigger job than earlier anticipated. They came up with good solutions and the final product was much better than expected. Clear communication throughout, and a satisfactory solution to replacing four decks. I'd be happy to hire them again for other tasks around the house.

Magic Exterior Solutions installed siding on my home, as well as, fixed/replaced some windows. John was prompt in his responses, offered the best price, the work was done quickly and he was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

John is VERY unreliable and no sense of urgency. I know how a water leak through my wall which is causing damage inside the wall and my hardwood flooring.

After some wind storm damage, John from Magic Exterior Solutions was prompt, professional and observant. He noticed the reality of where a piece of siding was torn from rather than my erroneous assumption. He gave me a reasonable price to correct it, and it was accomplished swiftly. I was so pleased with their work, I asked them to bid on replacing deck boards and staining the deck. John's crew finished all of the work within days!!

I was very happy with Magic Exterior Solutions when I hired John to build me an addition back in November. A couple of months into the project, I saw less and less of John on site. Now that the project is almost finished, the work has stopped and the communication is less frequent. Iâ m hoping John will hold to the contract we have and finish this project since we are past our completion date promised. There is also a list of unfinished items
