They did an excellent job of the finishing cement work and even went beyond attending to all the small details. When I asked for some additional work there was no problem performing the extra items at a very fair price. The men who worked on this job were polite and very consciencious of the fact they they were in our home. They did a great clean up job. Thanks Oscar and Ignacio for a great job and thanks to Luis Z we have a really nice walkway in the basement. I would highly recommend L&Z and would most certainly use them again. "THEY WERE REASONABLE. THEY HAD VERY GOOD WORKERS. THEY WERE RELIABLE. IT WAS EXCELLENT WORK. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THERE WAS A LOT OF REPAIR WORK FROM WEAR AND TEAR. THEY DID STUFF WE DIDN'T EVEN ASK THEM TO DO. THE WAY THEY QUOTED IT THEY WOULD HAVE TO TEAR OUT THE DRIVEWAY BUT THEY SAW THE FOUNDATION WAS STILL OKAY. OTHER COMPANIES WOULD HAVE CHARGED US WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD HAVE. THERE WAS NO NEED TO TEAR IT ALL OUT SO ALL THEY DID WAS RE-TAR IT. THEY SAVED US MONEY."
