The pressure valve coming into the home was faulty and there was not enough pressure to effectively clean the siding, thus prompting the cancellation of the balance of the project. The gutters were able to be cleaned however. Kevin is polite, and very eager to take care of the customer. Follow up and follow through are excellent."

They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

Pressure washing cleans dirt and grime off a deck and should be done every year. Sanding removes the old finish and prepares a deck for staining or sealing. This should be done every one to two years.

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

The best way to sand a deck is by cleaning it, sanding the boards and stairs with 60- or 80-grit sandpaper, and sanding the railings and posts with 80-grit sandpaper. You should sand in the direction of the wood grain to avoid damaging the timber. When sanding your deck, use medium pressure and aim for an even sand. Pressing too hard with a sander can damage decks, as most are softwoods.
