Tom and Anderson did an outstanding job installing my windows and answering my questions. I would recommend them to anyone needing to replace/ install new windows.

They made the window (bay) the wrong size - somehow more than 18" too big. Waiting for them to re-make it. If it shows up wrong again I will request a refund. It did look decent quality and they are friendly. I have lost significant confidence in their product.
