Mike was, Very unprofessional didn't document anything customer needed/ asked for then pawns the work off to employees that are very careless. So i got ripped off and very poor workmanship. I don't even have the right/ original windows for my Computer now. Then spoke to him and was going to speak to his employee but never calls back VERY POOR business skills/ workmanship by far....

[Member Name Removed]'s issue was a harddrive, his data was not recoverable, assuming this is the issue he has with us, every device we receive is given a work order that states we cannot guarantee data back-up but try our hardest to recover data from failed harddrives, which we tell them direct also. His computer originally had windows vista, which he requested that we upgrade to windows 7, which we did at no additional cost. Customer did not have or supplied us with any of his software. the main issue from [Member Name Removed] is his (data) we couldn't recover and believes we could perform a miracle on recovering the data from his failed harddrive, as stated to him we recommended he invest in a external back-up drive to avoid his data from being lost in the future. He received the computer fully functional, we also recommended he should replace his Taped up Ac Adapter, which he did not respond to. Our Company hires qualified competent individuals that take pride in everything they do, our business relies on our customer satisfaction which is the foundation to our success for the past 17 years.
