Great Camp Detailing

We had a small apartment cleaned VERY poorly it took 1-3 persons at any one time, cost an exorbitant 25 per hour from their extraordinary 30$ per hour rate. The apartment is 900 square feet. There was minor construction dust from finishing work and some touch up drywall sanding (not a new wall, I'm talking nail hole here and there) I and my staff had allready been through to clean up minor and had done one shop vac cleaning. There was still coffee under the coffeemaker on the counter top, and on the back splash, under the stove was disgusting with old dust, sides of refridgerators awful, bath tub still had a ring in it, fish food in one of the cabinets left behind, filty windows ( I cleaned them myself) the list goes on... What I want to warn everyone about is the amount of time, lack of quality to perform the simple task of cleaning. If you're going to have a professional cleaning service do it well, and do it right. My regular celaning staff was equally unimpressed since they had to come into finish and redo their work. One to Three people and they didnt leave until 4:30. Excuse: not enough time, didnt get to check their work in the hour of extra time we gave to check their work (originally asked to leave at 3:30). Let recap... 900 square feet and it wasn't that bad to begin with. Their attitude was professional and they were punctual until we disputed the bill for lack of quality of service. Will not use services again and will not recommend.
