"Locksmith arrived on time and fixed the lock very quickly."

"Errol and his son arrived on time, repaired my screen door as good as new. They were so professional and skilled, the whole process was a pleasure. I intend to use Reid services again and recommend them to my friends."

"Our dealings with Protect Your Home/ADT were delightful. We received a call back very fast after requesting a quote through Angie's List. We were able to complete everything on the phone; there was no paperwork or downtime. I had to call Customer Service with a question about the keypad, and they ended up telling me other helpful details on top of my original question."

"Joe does great work! He's a very respectful and considerate professional. I don't trust easily and Joe is the only contractor who I would trust to do work in my home while I'm not there. He does a lot more than what he advertises so just ask for a quote and I bet you'll be surprised."

"Excellent service. He showed up on time and was professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a locksmith in the Albany area."

"They were easy to work with, professional, knew how to help me accomplish what I needed in a home system and were familiar with company and Angie’s Lost promotions. Simple process, easy to use."

"We learned on a Friday afternoon that my husband needed a criminal background check in order to participate in an international program - that he was scheduled to fly out for on Sunday morning! We found many online providers that offered an "instant background check" service, but were hesitant to give his SS# to just anyone, so we came to Angie's List to see if any trusted providers were listed here. Upon finding CSI Secure Solutions, I called them directly, and Chris himself (the owner) answered the phone. He personally committed to get it done, and he worked with me directly to get exactly what I needed within the time frame required. He made a stressful situation very seamless and simple, and I recommend him extremely highly!"

"I switched from another company to Security One, they use the same equipment. They had to come out and recode everything. I simply switched because of the financial benefit. I have only had them for a few months, and I haven't had any problems with them. They save me some money every month.  When my alarm went off, they did call me."
