"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."

"Marcus originally promised the job would be done in less than 2 weeks, and 9 weeks later, he quit the job without finishing. He admitted to using our down payment for his personal expenses and thus he could not purchase materials for our job. He asked us for the next payment in advance for flooring, then subsequently admitted to lying about ordering flooring (he again used the funds on personal expenses), which we ultimately had to buy ourselves and have him install because we couldn't trust him to purchase materials or with any more of our money. He improperly reinstalled our dishwasher causing a major leak that we had to hire a plumber to fix. We were able to agree on Marcus paying a cash refund for the delays and unfinished work, but after significant delays. I would not recommend."
