"We appreciate all our customers reviews good or bad, but the most important part of any review is being totally honest. In this case, there was a lack of honesty and as a business owner I must address it. Yes, there was a free walkthrough estimate with this customer setup for a particular date and time, for which I had communicated with the customer several times up until the set time of arrival. Upon arrival, I called the customer to inform them that we were there for the walkthrough but didn’t get any response. We then proceeded to walk towards the apartment complex and was approached by the customers downstairs neighbor, who informed us that the customer wasn’t home at the time. After a brief conversation with the neighbor we went back to our vehicle, sat, and waited for 20 minutes to ensure we did not miss the customer returning home. During our 20 minutes wait, I attempted several more phone calls and a friendly text reminder to the customer to let them know we were there, for which they did not respond to the phone calls or text. We communicate consistently with all our scheduled walkthrough customers with the hope that our customers will communicate back with us if any changes shall arise for their scheduled appointment."
"Dear [Member Name Removed] Please accept my sincere apology on behalf of my company. I am very sorry to learn that your experience with us was less than adequate. I acknowledge the hurt and damage done. I take full responsibility for the situation and that we did not meet your expectations. Our cleaning service prides its self on not leaving any dirt left behind, or damaging items, however, in this case, clearly, those standards were insufficient. In this regard, we failed to maintain our standard guidelines and procedures. . It is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on. We value our customers and understand how important it is to offer exceptional service. With the size of the cleaning job and scoop of cleaning , it should've required 4 personnel to complete within a 8 hour time frame. But due to an emergency situation beyond our control, only 2 people were sent out to start the cleaning process which may have lead to a feeling of being rushed by our employee'[Member Name Removed] to complete an accurate cleaning in a timely manner.
