we had concrete floor torn up for new drain tile placement in our basement done. As you can imagine lots of dust and dirt left on everything. The thought of cleaning it was daunting. We called Obanion Cleaning service to give us an estimate to clean everything. They did a GREAT job, reasonably priced. Steven the owner and 2 young men came when they said they would. They worked all day until the job was done. They moved heavy work benches back against the wall, wiped down everything on the workbenches and cabinets. If it had dust on it, it was wiped down and cleaned. They are great guys, very polite hard workers. Not only would I recommend this cleaning service I did. I told my best friend about them and she called immediately to clean up a nasty problem in her basement. She said they did a great job and was so happy to have that nasty mess cleaned up and basement disinfected. They are great and reasonably priced.

The men were very nice, polite and acted professionally but unfortunately, there were MANY mishaps : dings in walls, a broken glass, broken chair rail, dryer hose disconnected , disconnected water line for frig, master bath sliding shower door was still dirty after they left, cracked floor tile in foyer. They were suppose to be here 6 hours and ended up being here 9 hours because they only had 2 men. Definitely rushed at the end to get out at 8 pm. And, they did not own up to any of this till after we mentioned it . The owner gave us a 30 % discount but damage has been done. I wanted to be able to recommend them to others, but cannot, in good conscience!

I acknowledge the hurt and damage done. I take full responsibility for the situation and that we did not meet your expectations. Our cleaning service prides its self on not leaving any dirt left behind, or damaging items, however, in this case, clearly, those standards were insufficient. In this regard, we failed to maintain our standard guidelines and procedures. . It is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on. We value our customers and understand how important it is to offer exceptional service. With the size of the cleaning job and scoop of cleaning , it should've required 4 personnel to complete within a 8 hour time frame. But due to an emergency situation beyond our control, only 2 people were sent out to start the cleaning process which may have lead to a feeling of being rushed by our employee'[Member Name Removed] to complete an accurate cleaning in a timely manner. I was in search of a cleaning company that would take care of getting my house clean enough to put on the market. I left in the morning for work and when I came home I felt like I walked into a whole new house! They went above and beyond and were still there 10 hours later!! They took care of every little detail and were incredibly polite. Cannot recommend enough! If I wasn’t moving out of the area I would use them all the time!

Mr. Obanion's customer service was great. He touched base with me not long after I submitted my bid request. Mr. Obanion and his crew did an excellent job getting my daughter's income property upper apartment ready for the new tenant. His crew was efficient and the floors after treatment looked perfect! It was also great that he spoke with me the following day to check up if we had any concerns. Of course, everything was clean, sanitized & shining clean. It was such a relief that we found Obanion Cleaning Service and we had no doubts for the new tenant moving in they would be happy as well. Thank you.

More than acceptable. Good cemunication; the work was done as requested, Staff was polite, friendly and energetic. The owner stood by his estimate, but given the extra time spent and the excellent outcome, I increased the payment myself.

He was amazing. My place was horrible. He was able to remove or bad stain to my carpet and bad water stains from my tub. Cleaned the floors, walls and ceiling. Very professional. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Steve and Russell were excellent in every way! They were efficient, honest, polite, and very industrious. They were professional yet personal. They cleaned from top to bottom, even light fixtures and windows. They were eager and hardworking. I was extremely pleased with their work and their reliability. Everything they said they would do, they did, from calling, arriving on time, to the job itself. They followed through. I highly recommend them and would choose them again whenever I might need their services.

It was so nice to sit with my feet up when your floors are being scrubbed. I had requested that everything high be wiped down and this was not a problem. I never had a cleaner move my stove and fridge. The house looks great.

Mr. Obanion called an hour before he was scheduled to arrive to let me know he was on schedule. He arrived at the scheduled time. He had all the approriate equipment to clean a bathroom & and went right at the task. He did an excellent job. He was very polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to have him return.

Regarding punctuality, Steve called about 15 minutes before he was due to let me know that he would be about 15 minutes late. And that is exactly when he showed up to start the job. The main focuses for us were kitchen, bath, one bedroom, dining and living areas. Steve tackled these in order and worked around some issues related to a medical condition in our family. All in all he spent about 6.5 hours here, working pretty steadily. He did what he said he would do in about the time he predicted. Good value for the money spent. Before he left we scheduled his next visit.

Great, it was a huge job. I have a decent size house and they came at seven am and left at three. My ceramic floors haven't looked better in a long time. My four year old keeps running around saying that he loves the clean house.
