"Very disappointed with this service. Lonnie was nice enough, but when all the mulch was cleared from one of the trees he cut down a couple months later, a piece of tree trunk was still in evidence, sticking up from the ground and leaving a hazard in my yard -- which was what I hired him and paid him $4,320 (!) to remove in the first place. When I called him, admittedly a few months later (at the prompting and on the advice of everyone I told this story to), to come by and finish the job, he never responded to my texts. I now have to pay more money to get the root remnant removed and have a level ground. I am very disappointed about this, even if I do take some responsibility for contacting him months later. The person who maintains the grounds around my house took a while to transfer the mulch and reveal what was underneath. However, given the amount of money involved, I do believe he should have paid me the courtesy of coming by and using small-scale equipment to get rid of the root remnant."

The final product was a repaired lawn with final seeding, and driveway stone repair which was damaged as a result of connecting to town water line. "We had some landscaping work to be done, and everything started out great. He said he would provide everything in writing, which he never did. We made the mistake of paying in full before the job was complete. Once payment was made we would have to call him to find out when he planned on completing the job. A date would be provided, and then he would not show up. We?d have to call again, and again, and he finally showed up to do more work. There was one thing left for him to do, and again we?d call. This time he did not even bother to return our calls. Beware if you decide to hire."
