"He was great!  I called him in the evening and he arrived early the next morning so we could get the car out of the garage.  He fixed the spring temporarily so we use the door until he received the replacement spring.  He arrived back the next day with the new spring, installed it, lubricated it and showed us how to lubricate in the future.  He also repaired part of the rubber that was dislodged at the bottom of the door.  He was exceptionally knowledgeable and nice to work with.  He even provided dog biscuits for my two dogs.  I will certainly use him in the future.

"I was concerned about the cracks on two patios and a set of steps. Figuring I needed them lifted and resurfaced. Jim came out conducted a full inspection and told me the honest truth that I could spend the money to have them come in and do the work, but this really was something that was more suited for a DIY situation as long as I felt comfortable with some basic tools and abilities. If I got in over my head they would certainly come and fix everything but for the time being and the cost of materials, this was something I could handle. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work.
